- If you were prescribed antibiotics and anti-inflammatories, please start 1 hour prior to your appointment unless told otherwise.
- If you take any blood thinners, please consult with your medical doctor to see if you need to stop taking them prior to your surgery.
- If you have been prescribed an ORAL SEDATIVE, please take 1 hour prior to your appointment. YOU MUST ARRANGE A DRIVER TO AND FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT.
- The effects of the oral sedative can start working within 20 min. You may feel groggy, tired, or dizzy. This is normal.

- YOU MUST ARRANGE A DRIVER TO AND FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DRIVE YOURSELF!
- You can expect to be tired and groggy when waking up from surgery. You should be escorted home and rest for the remainder of the day.
